Anxiety
Though we all experience high stress and worries from time to time, over 40 million adults in the US will experience an anxiety disorder at some point in their lifetime. Anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as a racing heart, upset stomach and sweating. Emotional symptoms may include feeling tense, irritable, apprehensive or fearful.

Approximately 33% of US adults report difficulty sleeping at least one night per week. Insomnia is common in medical conditions such as sleep apnea, or in mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder or OCD is a mental health condition where someone experiences unwanted, intrusive thoughts and urges to perform repetitive behaviors to reduce their anxiety.

PTSD is a mental health condition that may occur after someone has experienced a traumatic event. PTSD affects approximately 9 million adults in the USA.
